The Company kindly requests that all users read the following terms and conditions carefully. By using the Website including but not limited to accessing or visiting or browsing the Website, you (“Visitor/User/Member”) indicate your acceptance to these Terms of Use and agree to abide by them.                               1.Information about us and the Mynd FinTech platform

          • The Website is owned and operated by Mynd FinTech Private Limited (“we/us/our”). We have been incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 under CIN U72900DL2021PTC375715 having its registered office at F-83 East of Kailash ,New Delhi- 110065 India.
          • Company’s Digital Supply Chain Finance platform (“M2 platform”) is an online marketplace to facilitate discounting of invoices and Bills of exchange on a pan-India basis. The key participants will be the large corporates including public sector undertakings and government departments (“Buyer”), suppliers (“Supplier”), dealers (“Dealers”) and banks/Non-Banking Financial Companies (“Financier”). Company shall provide a digital platform to facilitate supply chain finance related products at competitive rates through a marketplace  model partnership with multiple Financiers.

        2.Registration and Access to the Website

          • If you are interested to use our Website and/or other services, in order to have full functionality of the Website, you will have to sign a Master Agreement with us to become a ‘Buyer’ or ‘Seller’ or ‘Financier’ (Member) on the Company Website. In case of a conflict between the Terms of Use and the specific conditions governing stated under the relevant Master Agreement, the specific conditions of relevant Master Agreement shall prevail.
          • The User of this website acknowledges that he/she has the skill and resources necessary to gain access to this website and use it. In case, accessing on behalf of the entity, necessary authorization from such entity to abide by the Terms of Use.
          • You represent that all the information provided by you is true, correct and accurate and you shall inform us of any change/ amendment in such information from time to time. In addition, in case, you are using this website on behalf of the entity, you agree to keep us updated of any change/amendment in such authorization from such entity.
          • Upon completion of your registration process with Company and upon reasonable satisfaction of our understanding of your engagement with us, an authentication link to the email ID specified by you shall be provided. That authentication link will be accompanied by a unique username and password that will allow you to login to our system/website.
          • You agree not to provide your username and password information to any other person.

You shall not transmit any unnecessary information or unwanted electronic communication viz. spam to other Buyers/Suppliers/Financiers of the Website as the case maybe.           • When you visit our Website, we give you a limited license to access and use our information for personal use.
