POSITION NAME

Responsibilities:

  • Go to market, getting new anchors onboarding – The outgoing aura shall outshine.
  • Able to do lead generation and managing existing relationships- Keeping the stakeholders involved and excited by showing them the growth we enable them with.
  • Ability to drive relationship with CXO level and decision makers- Be a partner to the decision maker and work out solutions with him from our vast portfolio. Create a super level  field for all to win here.

Requirements:

  • 6 to 10 years’ experience in Banking domain and ready to take on edgy start up for a speedy career growth.
  • Banking / Trade Finance candidate from Corporate Banking , Emerging Anchors, Fintech.
  • Should be aware of Trade Finance, Supply chain finance – Curiosity to know more and explore the possibilities is a must have.
  • Banking experience preferred- but eager to explore beyond traditional banking and enter new age Financial market.
  • Linguistic Talent – English, Hindi, and Local Language- Great communication gets you going.

Job Responsibilities

    • Evaluating the creditworthiness of potential customers based upon multiple online and offline data sources.

 

  • Creating credit scoring models for risk assessments.
  • Conducting personal discussions with customers to clarify all open questions.
  • Approving and rejecting loans based on creditworthiness and business outlook.
  • Deciding trade credit for borrowers (lending amount & period). Calculating and setting financing commercials.
  • Adhering to strict TAT for underwriting files
  • Maintain records of loan applications.
  • Maintaining quality of underwriting as per SOP
  • Monitoring loan payments and bad debts.
  • Reviewing and updating the company’s credit policy.
  • Defining early warning signals to track portfolio performance.
  • Work with policy/product/operations team to ensure the right risk parameters are captured and assessed.
  • Vendor Management

KRAs of the role

  • Delinquency Management – Maintain lower NPAs.
  • TAT Management – Strict TAT to be maintained for underwriting files.
  • Managing Quality of Processing – to maintain quality of underwriting adhering to SOP.
  • Vendor Management – coordinate with vendors for getting various verification done for customers.

Functional Competencies

  • Problem Solving: Resolution of overdue accounts by coordinating with a sales team. Coordination with Operations team for due/ overdue PDD process.
  • Stakeholder Management: Meet Customers to understand them better for better credit appraisal.
  • Cross-functional integration: Coordinate with sales, technology and operations team for efficient functioning of the entire process.

Candidate Profile:

    • Qualification: CA/MBA Finance/B.Com(H).
    • Must have a minimum 2 – 5 years of work experience in SME underwriting for products like Invoice Finance, Business Loans; prior experience in Fintech/NBFCs preferred.
    • Thorough understanding of SME Financing, Supply Chain Finance and Credit processes.
    • Good at market intelligence, should be able to provide inputs & feedback for policy and process improvement.
    • Eye for detail/Diligent Personality.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in MS Excel and ability to bring out insights from data.
    • Experience in setting up strong credit underwriting processes and scale them.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with experience in assessing inputs from stakeholders and defining requirement specifications. The Associate Product Manager will be responsible for analysing documents, data, user stats, and workflows to drive product development and make data-driven decisions. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in Agile Project Management, Quality Assurance, and Change Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the product lead to define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on market needs, customer feedback, and business objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify customer pain points and opportunities for product improvement.
  • Gather and document detailed requirements, develop user stories, wireframes, and charts to effectively communicate product requirements and features.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of product features, providing clarifications and support throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Utilize Agile Project Management methodologies to plan, execute, and track product development initiatives.
  • Assist in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to gather feedback, address product-related issues, and drive user adoption.
  • Leverage data analytics to extract actionable insights and generate MIS reports to drive product improvements.
  • Apply problem-solving techniques and root cause analysis (RCA) to address issues and optimize product performance.
  • Ensure product quality through effective quality assurance processes and testing.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the fintech domain to contribute valuable insights to the product roadmap.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience of fintech/supply chain finance is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Preference for experience with the following tools: Miro, Figma, Sketch, Jira, WebEngage, CleverTap, Notion, Trello, Whimsical
  • Experience in customer research and user experience design

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in a product management or related role, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed product decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • A self-starter who demonstrates initiative and takes ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, product development lifecycle, and project management tools.
  • Prior experience or knowledge of the fintech industry is a plus but not required.

Job Brief: We are looking for a creative and skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team at Mynd Fintech. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating wireframes, user flows, process flows, site maps, and effectively communicating interaction ideas using both process and design tools. As our UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for the complete end-to-end design of our digital platform, maintaining the design system, and conducting regular UX research.

About the company

Mynd Fintech is a fintech platform focused on creating digital-first supply chain finance solutions for businesses of all sizes. The company has two broad products live already:

  1. Dealer Finance – A large company sells its products via distributors / dealers. This product enables the large company to get its invoice paid on Day 1 while the dealers can extend credit terms as per their convenience. This can be done through a network of financial institutions like banks, NBFCs and factors.
  2. Vendor Finance – This product is to enable vendors of a company to get paid faster for the material / service they supplied – while offering an agreed discount rate to the large company in lieu of getting paid earlier. Again, this transaction can be done through a network of banks / NBFCs / regulated bidding platforms or treasury.

Mynd Fintech is a 100% subsidiary of M1Xchange – an RBI-regulated B2B vendor finance platform with investors like Amazon, SIDBI, Indiamart.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, and deliver intuitive and compelling designs that meet business objectives and delight users.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Develop and maintain a design system that is coherent across different products and platforms.
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance and polish the user experience.
  • Partner with product management and engineering teams to innovate and develop new design concepts.
  • Translate complex financial product requirements into intuitive and clean designs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in a startup environment
  • Proven UI experience with a strong design portfolio.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of user-system interaction.
  • Experience in conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum processes.
  • Experience in Fintech is a plus.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, or relevant field. Else, specific courses in design thinking, UI / UX design – online or otherwise also acceptable.
